Re: Home/Business Highway foible....
Hmm. My problem came to light when a customer casually remarked that they
had been calling me for a few days, and getting number unobtainable each
time..
They were calling from a standard analog landline, and I tried myself from
a
mobile.
I correctly get an engaged tone from both numbers if I dial
"internally"
between lines, but dialling from outside gives one line engaged, the other
unobtainable.
Thing is, I reported this as a possible fault, and was told by the HIghway
helpdesk that this was perfectly normal behaviour which should have been
explained when I received my welcome booklet.
If this is not the case, then I am even more pissed than before..
Considering we still have no analog phones :(
Ian.
