Hmm. My problem came to light when a customer casually remarked that they
had been calling me for a few days, and getting number unobtainable each
time..

They were calling from a standard analog landline, and I tried myself from
a
mobile.

I correctly get an engaged tone from both numbers if I dial
"internally"
between lines, but dialling from outside gives one line engaged, the other
unobtainable.

Thing is, I reported this as a possible fault, and was told by the HIghway
helpdesk that this was perfectly normal behaviour which should have been
explained when I received my welcome booklet.

If this is not the case, then I am even more pissed than before..

Considering we still have no analog phones :(
