RE: Imported Goods

Usually the label is on the package detailing the charges that they are
supposed to get *before* giving you the package but, more often than
not, the muppet part-timer that delivers it doesn't know this, so you
get off scott-free. Makes you feel good about the PO employing idiots to
do a job that requires a few brain cells! ;-)
