RE: Bringing ISDN up Remotely

I was thinking of using an analogue voice modem to provide the IVR, calling
out to an external program to bring up the line.

I only recommend WinIVR 'cos I use it and it's excellent for building IVR
systems, including HA integration, though I use it on a regular analogue
line, not ISDN.
