It's a handy way to get your hands on MS Product, however, If you are
going to do this, you may as well not part with =A3199 quid, and just buy
a nice CDR from your local Pirate Supplier, because your license will
not be valid anyway.
The Action Pack licence quite clearly states that it is issued on the
basis of supplied information being accurate, and is for companies who
derive greater than 75% of their income through Microsoft Consultancy or
delivering Software Solutoins on a Microsoft Platform.
Now as those guys on the MP3 distribution know, I don't have a bee up my
nose about being 100% legit, and am certainly not going to whine about
"keep it legal"
Just be aware, if you lie on a form to get this software from Microsoft,
then it's no more legal than a fully pirated copy.

Remember the MS Action Pack?
Windows 2000 Advanced Server plus
5x Windows XP Pro
5X Office XP Pro
All for =A3199.
You can order it online here:
http://www.microsoft.com/uk/partner/actionpack.htm
All you have to do is spend ten minutes filling in a form telling MS
that
you run a software company!
Tim.
