A man after my own heart!

Driving around the other night and I saw a 101 for sale....YES...if it
still
has the V8 in it.....I have always wanted one of these when I had the money
for one there were none available, I then tried for the Stage 1 V8
(remember
those?) but they were not available so I had to settle on a Range-Rover
which turned out probably to be a better buy as I was posted to Germany and
was crossing the Channel quite regularly, would not have been as practical
to be driving a 101. they were life savers in the Falklands, well the one's
with the mid mount winch were....sex on wheels.
I think the 101 was one of the few military vehicles that the forces
actually liked!
Mind you the HMMWVEE (or what ever it is called) looks quite fun!
