Hell I am still confused about cheesy chips ;)

do you deep fry the chips with the cheese on them or just pour melted
cheese
over them....

BUT!!!! if we are talking tortialla chips with cheese...then get out of my
way as you may get crushed in the rush ;)))))

btw they are best made with a load of every kind of old scrap cheese you
have in the fridge...especially some smelly types ;)
