You could do several things, some very simple, some not so.

You could just use "Round-Robin" DNS to alternate the IP
addresses that
clients use to talk to the server.

You could use the WLBS (Windows Load Balancing Service)

There might very well be NIC teaming drivers supplied with a multi-port
card
which handle all of this in the driver, making it very easy, and
platform-independent....
