I was wondering about this as I have seen 4 port 100Mbits network cards at
NetShop - if you were to put one of these in a server (or several single
port 100Mbits cards) then how would you get the load to distribute across
them? Would it happen automatically or would you need some kind of software
to do load balancing because surely each port will have a different IP
address?
