I used ICS too - it does work fine and I thought
I
had DOD running in my ISDN setup ( if I remember rightly ) under
98SE
- the only annoying thing is that the port mapping is not readily
configurable.
On W2K it is much easier but under W98 you have to use a third
party
utility (ICS Configuration) to do it- - even then it can only
forward
to the same port number on a different machine ie you can't translate port
x to
port y like WRP can. Also you have to reboot after each config change
whereas
WRP is realtime changes. But WRP is really overpriced in
comparison unless
you want the various inbuilt servers and a firewall, (which you can
get
free from Tiny anyway).

It does - but it
also
works under Win98 (SE) for me too from my laptop.
