Hardly seems worth bothering with, IYSWIM. I've got enough inputs on my
Telly, and the Telly's interface makes it straightforward to assign
different inputs/input type to channels...

If you're not looking for the quality (given your sources listed there)
then
there is a passive composite to S-Video convertor available...

....just can't remember from who off hand.
