This question (completely OT) should be an easy one for someone. I've been
trying to get some photos from a digital camera developed online and I've
tried several services which all fail to upload the pictures. My
connection
is good and I can ping their server but if I try to ftp it refuses the
connection. My PC is only a few months old, win2k and should have mostly
default settings.
Why would the ftp connection be refused?
