I Remember reading about a car alarm in australia that did that...locked
central locking and knocked out the scumbag who was robbing it, hopefully
after checking the vehicle was stationary!

Think you would be on dodgy ground over here though...what if your house
catches fire... firemen come and break in to put fire out and all get
knocked out...
