It blows! Esp when i'm trying to transfer /gb's of audio :( Surely on the business packages this HAS to breach there T&C's? :((

Is it me, or has anyone else noticed some HUGE loss of bandwidth recently? Downloads at around 200k/sec are now averaging around 40ksec! :(
