Cable modems have an upstream of 128k/sec, but those $%^&*('s on ADSL
have a 256k/sec upstream ;)

I thought the maximum on ADSL was around 64k/sec as it's a 512kbps line.

Is it me, or has anyone else noticed some HUGE loss of bandwidth recently?
Downloads at around 200k/sec are now averaging around 40ksec! :(
