My point is though that they are *STILL* saying on their adverts
"whenever
you want" and this is obviously not being provided to Paul and Mark...

....of course it's not a viable legal point that is going to bring BT to
its
knees but the fact that BT have changed the number that these guys dial up
on to one where they get a distinctly less reliable service (effectively
forcing them to look elsewhere and perhaps break the terms of their
agreements by switching providers) rather than terminate their agreement
which would leave them open to criticism (and possibly legal action) is the
kind of sneaky and underhanded dealing that I never thought that BT would
stoop to.
