Been there done that with FreeW*NK (can you tell ISPs upset me?).

 

No one wants to know.  It really needs a MASSIVE response from users to put up a MAJOR amount of money to fight these buggers.  Don't think it's gonna happen though.

Reading this thread I would be tempted to call the ASA about BT's
advertising not meeting the expectations of the customers and I think
you'd have a bloody strong case!
