CM 12 unit locking

I have set M13 for cctv switching and m13 on works fine, Unfortunately m13 off freezes up all x10 commands after switching all units off. It only works again after I unplug the cm12. This happens using a tm12 or Comfort dial in. The cm 12 has no batteries (nothing in memory).

anybody any ideas...apart from resetting housecode...which I may do later but will take time due to all the Comfort responses/ units etc.

Any help appreciated
