I wouldn’t have thought so the source of ignition would have been removed instantly, as the main breaker obviously tripped

When you say burn out, do you mean it turned brown and melted, or it just
stopped working ?

Hello
All this talk about moving house when it has been automated, and what if a
LD10 went up in flames, I have a couple of questions ?

1. Has anyone had a module catch fire ?

2. To avoid having to rewire houses when we move, why don't you use the
modules that replace standard switches instead of the DIN ones ? 

3. regarding the question of insurance, mine just says that electrical kit
should be fitted by a Competent and be to relevant standards. I take it
these devices meet all the standards etc. ?
