Ah ! But which 8:30?

The 8:30 we had yesterday or the new 8:30 we have today!

I now have about 2 weeks of not knowing what time it is at work because
no-one ever takes responsibility for changine the clocks!

Back in the days of the GPO they were all slave clocks off a master
controller and never needed altering and were always right. Now they are
all
cheapy battery clocks.

What you really need is a Rugby MSF clock like Radio Stations use. They
constantly pick up a 60kHz radio signal from Rugby and when the clocks
change the hands go into hyperdrive and whizz round. Its best when the
clocks go back because they spin round 23 times ;-)

And this morning, at 8:30, there was a satisfying "click", and
the living
curtains slid open!
