I'm after replacing my boiler. My criteria are, instant hot water, no
storage
tank (airing cupboard would nicely accomodate a 19" rack ;) good
enough for a
decent shower, up to running 8 or 9 rads, doesn't need the damn air-brick
that currently causes my living room to be absolutely freezing. Oh, and
efficiency, saving the whales, etc etc

I think I need a fully modulating condensing combination boiler. Does
anybody
have any opinions?

cheers
