ant, I replaced my boiler last June and your needs seem to be almost
exactly
what i did!

I got a Linea 24 from Vokera - a wonderful combi boiler providing instant
hot
water [give or take a second or two]. It support an electric shower and 7
heaters. My gas bills have plumeted as have my electricity bill [no need
for
additional heating now].

If you want any further info I can probably find out anything you need
about
it .
