I'm sure I'm not the only one who's intensely interested in Keith's KAT5 units! :)  Can we have some idea of when they will be ready (I understand it's very soon), and which units will be ready?  Will all units, as described on Keith's website, be launched simultaneously (including the modular switching box)?
[James Hoye] Only the AVS module will be available initially.  This supports YC (s-video) and stereo audio.  Of course, composite video can be carried in place of either the Y or C signal.

Keith has still to design the switcher (although I think he's got plenty of ideas of how to tackle it), so that may be some time off.
