Lo Chaps

I have a problem with my CM12, hopeing someone can help me out here.

All had been working fine until i decided to put in ONE new timed event.
When i clicked on 'download timers and macros' to interface i got the error
message.insufficient memory in interface module ??

I only have a few (<10) timers enabled..surely mem is not full !!!!
I tried clearing memory completely on numerous occasions but whenever i try
the 'download timers' thing i get the same error ??

i have tried unplugging the CM12 and even changed the batteries and
rebooted
the computer but i still get the same error

Any ideas ??
WAF factor has gone down BIG TIME :( and i need new toys, like
homevision/comfort)

Help..... please i need a quiet life, allready getting grief cos mcb
trips occasionally when one of the kitchen lights come on (another problem
i gotta get round to fixing)

thanks people
