Graham,
I cant understand Dell's attitude. Its
certainly
not the 'Treat the customer like GOD and extract money from them no matter
what'
attitude i was shown at Mappers.
Would it help if we chcuked in the 6%. I am
sure
most now have there hearts set on them (and have made plans to smuggle past
SWMBO)
Steve.

I must say Graham that I'm not impressed with Dells
attitude torwards what you're trying to do ... I'd have thought that a
single order for 60 units would have been at least of interest to them
(I
know it's not a huge amount of money as far as they're concerned)
whereas
it seems that - as you say - they've gone out of their way to make your
life difficult.
I am sure I speak for the rest of the group when I
say
that I remain very gratefull for your efforts on this
"quest"...
Cheers
Phil
