I must say Graham that I'm not impressed with Dells attitude torwards what
you're trying to do ... I'd have thought that a single order for 60 units
would have been at least of interest to them (I know it's not a huge amount
of money as far as they're concerned) whereas it seems that - as you say -
they've gone out of their way to make your life difficult.
I am sure I speak for the rest of the group when I say that I remain very
gratefull for your efforts on this "quest"...
