My wife & I struggled to lift the indoor
unit
out of the box. It was only after that i realised the box consists of a
base
& a sleeve that just lifts off.

I didn't want to separate the units, so I pulled the
whole box up one stair at a time and then collapsed in the office
thinking how good it will be when the air con is
installed!
