See my previous post on this thread. You should run the mains and CAT5 in
separate conduit, but you should be able to bring them into the same
dual/twin box as there's a metal plate separating the two sides which
provides a physical barrier between mains voltage and LV.

I would put money on you coming back in a year's time and saying that 'I
wish I'd put some more sockets in....'!!! Plus with only 4 CAT5s, you have
1 phone, 1 KAT5, 1 DDAR and - oh that only leaves 1 for a PC. Where am I
going to plug the laptop in? :)
