I know the feeling well.  We use Wise installation software for
distributing
some solutions, and until recently we had to install v5 from floppy (yes,
floppy) and apply the v6 upgrade from CD.  Hunting down both the floppies
and CD was _always_ a pain as they were never in the same place at the same
time!

Fortunately we've just bought the upgrade to v8 which doesn't seem to want
any previous floppies/CDs.
