That
is pretty much standard practice Mark. It is the price you pay for express
customs clearance. Think yourself lucky the Post Office charge around the
same
amount, and can take up to three weeks t clear it!

Just got DHL paperwork for a couple of things
I
bought from the States.
As well as VAT and Duty there is a £10
"Administration" fee for DHL.
Am I obliged t pay this?
