Well they probably answer the phone 24/7, but BT only work 9-5. And
Easynet doesn't seem t be very involved in the equation.

New install. A friend has 2 x Easynet ADSL lines (at two different
exchanges/locations), and both have performed excellently for him -
one for 1 yr, the other several months. I could be unlucky. (Let's
hope so!)

Loss of main bearer at Shepherds Bush (which is nowhere near me...)
Failed upgrade of DSLAM kit at the exchange
A few "minor" outages - from 2 mins t 2 hours, usually in the
small
hours.

Absolutely awesome. 50-60k/sec all the time. I knew I'd like it, but
didn't realise what a difference it would make t the net experience
(although I guess you know this bit already). I'd rather go hungry
than give up an always on connection....
