Hi All

I want to install a voice recognition system in our home. I will want this to interact with our X10 installation. Can anyone offer advice on which system and hardware I should opt for.

I have looked at the following: Home Voice... (purchased form Lets Automate)..dose any one have experience of this product in the UK. By the time one purchases all the hardware required I.e. Mics,Power Supplies, Limit Gates, Input Mixer etc, it becomes fairly expensive. Can anybody say from experience that this is a good system.

HAL 2000: This system seems t be feature packed, however, looking at the web site, it is not very clear as t what hardware one will require t use the system i.e. Mics etc. again, if anyone could offer practical advise, it would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

David O'Brien
