Epod browser proxy setting..

Anyone know why this is happening?

On my Epod, IE4 refuses to save the proxy server setting. - If I configure
the proxy server addres:port it only stays for as long as that browser
session is open. If I close the browser and open it again, the proxy server
settings are all blank again.

This is very annoying!

Any ideas?
