Brian,

Sat is just CT100 or CT125 terminated in an F-C nnector you should have
no trouble at all moving it.

As for distribution, there are loads of options, just depends on how
good you want it t be and how much you can spend!

Subject: [ukha_d] Sky Dish and NTL cable

Hi all,

I used t subscribe t SKY and still have the kit installed, I am now
starting t build Node0 in my loft conversion, what I wish to know is,
if I
move the Sky cable from my living room to my Node0 is it just a matter
of
moving the cable, assembling a new cable or is there more t it?

What I was wondering when the fitters install this stuff they connect a
meter of some sort ont the cable presumably checking the signal
strength?
but has the cable length got anything t do with it?

Next question has to be how do I then get the signal from Node0 t the
VCR/TV's.

Thanks,

B.
