HA friendly TVs?

Any recommendations for 24 or 28 inch widescreen TVs? Should be
HA friendly - i.e. lots of scarts and discrete on and off codes.
Has anyone used the Bush internet TVs? This would be for the
kitchen so could be a nice way of getting a web interface there.
Any help greatly appreciated.
