I considered this option, and rejected it based on Chris Thorn's review
(noise primarily), and it doesn't do all the X10 stuff I want, like status
requests.

And of course, there's the admittedly illogical "80 quid!!! I'm not
paying
that! I can make it for less than that!!" ;)
