Guys,

We really need a set of FAQs for this discussion group.

We've all been through this over so many emails, that we need to post a
response to messages such as "lardfest's" below, and it's not
acceptable to
say "search the archive" ;-)

Any volunteers???

Mark

Subject: [ukha_d] Audio/Video Distribution

I want to distribute Audio (CD,MP3,Radio) and Video (Sky,
Terrestrial, DVD, CCTV) around the house. I'm new to this stuff and
have been dilengtly investigating the options.

I would welcome your thoughts on a cost effective way of doing this,
I seen Krazy Keith's site and KAT5 looks just the job.

Also what are your thoughts on IR control from remote rooms? Can this
be sent over KAT5 also? Wired versus Wireless IR distribution?

Thoughts, opinions, views, etc
