There have been several more messages back and forward this morning already!
 
They seem to have "assumed" I wanted to convert to a "Lite" account.  Might be worth it for others in my position to email them and make sure they know you don't want to pay them anything else!
 
I have also requested a copy of their file on me under the "Data Protection Act 1998".  Hey have asked me to send a registered letter to the following address stating my user name and the first and last letters of my password...

..after all, using a service which is advertised as 24/7 as a 24/7 service and getting cought out bey the provider changing the rules isn't as bad as what some people are doing...

inform my credit card company and BBC Watchdog of your fraudulent charges!!

I expect an reply to this email immediately.
