forward this morning already!
They seem to have "assumed" I wanted to
convert to
a "Lite" account. Might be worth it for others in my position to
email them and make sure they know you don't want to pay them anything
else!
I have also requested a copy of their file on

under the "Data Protection Act 1998". Hey have asked me to send

This AFTER they terminated my 24/7 access
earlier ths week!! My reply below...
"Are having a bloody LAUGH or
something!!!???
You KICKED ME OFF your service with three hours
notice this week.
You have until 5:00pm on Monday 5th February 2001
to refund me before I inform my credit card company and BBC Watchdog of
your fraudulent charges!!
