..after all, using a service which is advertised as 24/7 as a 24/7 service and getting cought out bey the provider changing the rules isn't as bad as what some people are doing...

Last night I got this from PlusNet...

This AFTER they terminated my 24/7 access earlier ths week!!  My reply below...
 
"Are having a bloody LAUGH or something!!!???

You KICKED ME OFF your service with three hours notice this week.

You have until 5:00pm on Monday 5th February 2001 to refund me before I
inform my credit card company and BBC Watchdog of your fraudulent charges!!

I expect an reply to this email immediately.
