Re: Kicked Off PlusNet NOW!!

Clause 20.

As I have now rather vocally pointed out to support, I made it quite clear
that I was registering as a company for 24x7, paying with a Company Visa
Card, and intending to use the service to provide internet access to my
home
office, and it was verging on fraud that they had offered me service,
including registering my company name as a co.uk domain, and then changed
the Ts and Cs to preclude commercial use.

They now want £45 quid to release my domain, significantly more than it
would have cost to register it with easyspace, my preferred domain
registrar
(I have seven domains registered through them already)

I am going to be having discussions with my lawyer, to see if I can force
them to release the domain at the cost of simply registering it with a
competitive registrar, and possibly for the costs of reprinting my company
stationary, which was changed only a month ago to reflect the fax2email
number.

That being said Demon is howlingly fast compared to Plus.Net, which was
itself quite nippy compared to BT Hindernet and Freeswerve...

Ian.
