I've come in for a break from flying - its a bit cold - more on that
later...
I do agree that in this particular case they are wrong, and have advertised
a service that they patently couldn't afford to deliver! - unfortunately
any
recourse is difficult, and due to the sums involved probably a waste of
time. However I think a strongly worded letter to the Times is appropriate
in this case. Far better than writing to that headline grabbing hairy woman
who presents a well known consumer programme on TV and wouldn't understand
anyway:-)
