Anyone got a copy of the October (?) Issue of PC PRO?

Take a look at what should be page 149 - the PC World advert.

There's this Hypertec Pheonix 370/S Upgrade board for £130 ... has on board
processor, sound, graphics, UDMA66 IDE and even fast ethernet. Power plugs
in to the board directly it appears.

Was wondering whether these might be any use for running some kind of
standalone controller rather than using a big old standalone PC...
