The option is turned on in my software and is at the default, which is
a load at the top of 192.168.1.x.  My router is set to hand out in the
range of 192.168.1.30 to 192.168.1.40 and when I checked my DDAR had
the IP 192.168.1.34

I'll try turning the option off and check everything still works.
