oh yeah - the "stained" MDF - friggin emulsioned that's all !

The architect must have been laughing his arse off - only 1 crapper for the
whole house, and it's smack in the middle of the single bedroom - and if
freinds come round ? and if they've have lentils ? I bet you wouldn't want
to go to bed...
