Actually, it's not been bad from NT 3.51 onwards.
A bit of a clunky UI, but a seemingly correct interpretation of the
standard.
You are, I trust, aware of the hierarchy of Microsoft standards
compliance?
- The programmer who wrote this code was on the taskforce that defined
this standard
- The programmer who wrote this code read, and fully understood, this
standard
- The programmer who wrote this code read this standard
- The programmer who wrote this code worked in a building where a copy
of the standard was available
- A copy of the standard was present in a Microsoft building at the time
the programmer wrote this code
- A copy of the standard was available on the Internet at the time the
programmer wrote this code
