Graham,

I may be able to get some info for you.
My day job is working in the Development department for a smallish (300
people) IT company who specialise in creating e-commerce sites etc (We did
Debenhams.com for example)

I'm out of the office until Thursday but I'll try and get some info by
then.

In the past we have written bespoke software, but if there is of the shelf
stuff, someone here will know
I can also talk to you about server security and lockdowns

If you want, email me direct, and that way we don't need to bore anyone
else.
