Just been playing with Mapblast and discovered a way to get the Lat/Lon:

1. Track down the address you want and zoom into the map

2. Centre the map on the particular spot you're after.

3. Take a look at the URL.

You'll see a part of the URL that looks like the following:

CT=48.85424%3A2.34486%3A

This is the Lat & Lon of the centre of the map.

The bit before the first %3A is the Latitude. The bit between the two %3A's
is the Longitude.

You can use the Advanced Search and enter these values to double-check the
values.
