Dont know if this will help but the Cat5e connector
I have on my desk, delivered direct from clipsal
Thursday last week has the following colouring ;

[Blue/White]  [Orange/White] [Green    ] [Green/White] [Key]

[Brown      ]  [Brown/White  ] [Orange  ] [Blue            ] [Key]

Part : 30RJ88SMA5SH WE
