+ and - will be your 12 v connections, the c, no,nc, will be relay contacts
built into the lock to allow monitoring of the lock status. When the lock
is
secure the internal relay will change over, unless you need to monitor the
status these connections would not be used. The instructions would have
been
written to cover models with and without monitoring.
