saw
it but I have no answer for you ... I don't have a DV camcorder to clean
myself
and Jo's Video 8 has had about 4 hours use since I bought it for her almost
two
years ago (grrrrrr!). I have 4mm DAT backup drives that require
regular cleaning and they use what appear to be mildly abrasive tapes so
I'm
assuming that the current "revisions" of abrasive tape based head cleaners
are
safe enough to use however I really don't know for
certain.
It's
very scarey when you don't get an answer to a posting though ... there is
so
much knowledge on the group that you get used to *SOMEONE* out there
knowing the
answer!
