Thanks for the warning, Keith.
I have a virus checker, but I would rather not have to rely solely on it.
I got caught once and I didnt have a clue what t  do, but a patient(whose
severe dental pain I had sorted out) returned the favour and we stayed up
till 3 am replacing a lot of files!
And apparantly it was a comparatively simple virus.
I never hope to g  through that again!

Hi All

Just received 2 emails sent directly to me

one called "splitStringFunction" and one called "CV"

each had attachments that looked like ZIP files but had an additional
extension of ".bat"


I tried t  save one as a text file to read the program t  see what it was
supposed t  do but my Antivrus software would not let me. It confirmed that
it was infected with the "W32/SirCam@MM" worm

The sender was "BRAD" and the address was <something>.au
I cant check because I have already deleted both the emails.
This one is a genuine virus. Please DO NOT click on the attachments in the
email.
